In this role, you will be responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiating settlements, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our clients. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage time effectively.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visiting customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements
- Managing and resolving any issues that may arise during the collection process
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of collections and customer interactions
- Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure timely collections
- Utilizing CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and financial practices
