📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons for students from kindergarten to high school
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students and parents to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to continuously improve your teaching skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or higher preferred)
• Strong knowledge of educational principles and best practices
• Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps
