📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Monitor and analyze production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive operational reports and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Provide operational support during peak periods and special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing production schedules and inventory levels.
• Strong knowledge of operational management tools and software, including SAP, Excel, and other relevant systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
