📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage material orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Support the warehouse team in managing stock levels, conducting regular stocktakes, and implementing inventory control measures.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of material requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that materials are available when needed, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Monitor material usage and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with construction project management processes and terminology.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
