📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Planning, designing, and supervising the construction and maintenance of buildings.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conducting site inspections and quality control to maintain high standards.
• Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
• Utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software for design and documentation.
• Providing technical support and guidance to project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction and maintenance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid professional engineer license (optional but preferred).
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
