📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming smile, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, using our in-house member management system, GymMaster.
• Assist with member inquiries, providing information about our facilities, classes, and services.
• Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience.
• Promote our fitness community, encouraging members to engage with our classes, events, and initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our gym.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, supporting our team during special events and promotions.
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members, ensuring prompt resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and connect with people.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and software, particularly our member management system, GymMaster.
• Passion for fitness and a genuine interest in the fitness community.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and grooming, with a neat and tidy demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
