Field Support - Kalimantan Utara

Mitracomm Ekasarana is currently seeking a highly motivated Field Support to join our team in Kalimantan Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations in the field, ensuring that our technical assets are always in top condition and our clients' needs are met with excellence.

As a Field Support, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from installing and maintaining our technical equipment to troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. You'll work closely with our clients, providing them with the support they need to get the most out of our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment in the field.
• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the continued functionality of our equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing solutions to our clients.
• Document all activities and maintenance tasks, ensuring our records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of technical equipment and software, such as routers, switches, and network management systems.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain vehicles.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
