📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing their SAP Business One systems.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help clients get the most out of their SAP Business One systems.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP Business One and industry trends.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that clients are provided with the best possible solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of SAP Business One.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Business One implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules including Financial Accounting, Inventory Management, Sales and Distribution, and Procurement.
  • Experience in working with clients in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
