ORBIT Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and oversee the procurement team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure quality and reliability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and supplier management.,Proven track record of negotiating and securing favorable terms with suppliers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
