As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring the company's success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
