In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new EDC (Electronic Data Capture) merchants and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify potential EDC merchant opportunities.,Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential merchants.,Visiting and presenting Staffinc Group's EDC solutions to potential merchants.,Negotiating and closing sales deals with potential merchants.,Providing excellent customer service and support to existing merchants.,Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EDC or financial services industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with EDC technology and merchant acquisition processes is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Willingness to travel to various locations within Bulungan, Kalimantan Utara.
