📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Promoting products and services to potential customers.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
