Bold Zone Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. This is a remote position based in Ambon, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability of products and services.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock availability.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tools.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
