📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.,Support the HR Manager in managing the company's HR information system.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
