📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
