📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening job applicants for various positions within the company.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
• Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in East Timor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
