PT Lhoopa Indonesia Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Telesales Associate to join our team in Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing real estate company, with a focus on the vibrant and diverse market of Bali.

As a Property Telesales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our property database, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions.
  • Maintain and update the property database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of marketing materials, including property listings and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bali real estate market and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
