📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.,Lead and mentor a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.,Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of chefs.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to travel for work as needed.
