📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the company’s vehicle fleet
• Inspect vehicles to identify and address any mechanical issues
• Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Work with drivers to ensure vehicles are ready for daily operations
• Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicle problems
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fleet Driver Mechanic or similar role
• Certification as an Automotive Technician or equivalent
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment such as scan tools and specialized repair equipment
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
