📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.
  • Monitor and control cash flow and manage the company's bank accounts.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
