🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or a similar role in the garment industry.
• Proficient in using merchandising software such as ERP systems, PLM systems, and inventory management tools.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with textile and garment manufacturing processes.
• Certification in merchandising or a related field is a plus.
