📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to employees.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to gather feedback and address training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Support the Training Officer in managing the training budget and resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of e-learning modules.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a multicultural environment is a plus.
