Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects.
• Oversee the work of mechanical engineers and technicians, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and drawings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve project efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
