Code Food Cemerlang is looking for a talented Assistant Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.,Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide support to the Recruiter in managing the recruitment calendar and ensuring all deadlines are met.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
