📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the implementation of operational plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Manage and optimize operational resources to enhance overall performance.,Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide operational support to senior management in decision-making processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
