PT Cahaya Lux Asia Bali is seeking a dedicated Stock Controller & Inventory Systems Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels. This position is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our lighting solutions department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.,Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and processing of new inventory.,Work with the production team to manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.,Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Generate regular inventory reports and provide analysis to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
