📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve departmental goals.,Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on departmental performance and progress.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
