PT Sakti Emas is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Maros.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee the company's health and safety program.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
