📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stock and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Learn and understand the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.,Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
