PT Fajar Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GA Staff to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home and in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office environment, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our daily activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and clean the office premises, including common areas and restrooms.,Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good condition.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office documentation.,Support the HR department with recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and maintaining employee records.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and cleaning services.,Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and support to visitors and employees.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and cleaning procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for office errands.
