📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the microfinance business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, growth, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement and integrate operational software and systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of client data and financial information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company in industry forums and events, sharing best practices and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the microfinance industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams.
• Strong understanding of microfinance regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with operational software and systems, such as Core Banking Solutions and Loan Management Systems.
