📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and monitor the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy.

Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.

Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.

Oversee the preparation and implementation of the annual budget.

Ensure the timely and accurate payment of all vendors and employees.

Manage and develop the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

Proven ability to manage and develop finance teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using financial software and tools.

Fluency in English and local language.
