We are a leading bakso (Indonesian meatball) brand in Mojokerto, known for our high-quality products and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing strategy and help us achieve our business goals.

As a Deputy Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage our social media presence, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to promote our products and services.
  • Organize and participate in marketing events and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager on marketing activities and results.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian bakso industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
