Local Max Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director in managing and developing our human resources function. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Support performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Support the HR Director in managing employee training and development programs.,Assist in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
