📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the assigned territory.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Conduct regular training and development activities for the sales team.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the sales or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
