Sentosa Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Assistant IT Support to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.,Coordinate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and perform regular audits.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
