In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, HRIS).,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
